Welcome to Hinsdale South Athletic Department, home of the Hornets. HSHS offers 31 competitive athletic programs. Hinsdale South High School is located in Darien, IL and is a member of the West Suburban Conference.
5–Year Season Calendar (Start Dates)If you are interested in participating in a sport, the following must be completed before the first day of participation:
1) Current physical must be on file in the Athletic Office (or Nurse's Office if you're a freshman).Click here for a physical form. 2) Must be registered for your sport online. Click here or on the registration tab. 3) Click here to view a CPR/AED Video *Registratrion for the 2026 Fall Sports Season will open on Wednesday, July 15th.
