We think of ourselves as a track family. This program is about more than building successful athletes; it is about instilling a culture of working towards and achieving one’s goals. Those goals differ for every person, but the pursuit, and hard work that it requires, is the same for all of our girls. Our program builds champions, successful students, and strong and confident young woman. We preach mental toughness, work ethic, and love.
